WAKAME Vinaigrette
About Wakame
Wakame seaweed is a delicious and healthy food ingredient in Japanese cuisine. It can be eaten raw or cooked and can be added to soups and salads. There’s about 4 calories per 10 grams of raw seaweed. Wakame seaweed is rich in vitamins and minerals and helps to reduce the bad cholestrol associated with heart disease and obesity. – Fu Yong Hong of Greendot Singapore
