Today, a pretty pun-ny product that is as fun to eat as I’m sure it was to name…

Dose #24: Fork Cakes
Spotted at: TABLES Gift Shop, Omotesandō Train Station, Tokyo
The Idea: Making it easy for you to have your cake and eat it too (without the mess!) as the product conveniently comes with a fork, hahahaha
The Possibilities: Sometimes, a simple and literal description of your product is all the name it needs…
Take for example how 7-Eleven got its name:
“The company’s first outlets were known as “Tote’m Stores”, since customers “toted” away their purchases, with some featuring genuine Alaskan totem poles in front. In 1946, the name Tote’m was changed to 7-Eleven to reflect the stores’ new, extended hours (7 am until 11 pm, seven days a week).”- Info from Wiki
So do… learn from the Tables store: blend funny with yummy and you have yourself a winning combo!
