Starter Stamp Art 5: Garden Dreams
Today we use the flower stamp of the MÅLA Stamp pen set from Ikea to create a dreamlike garden scene…
Materials:
MÅLA flower stamp pen from IKEA
drawing paper
coloured pencils: yellow, shades of green, shades of blue, shades of purple
Let’s get started…
Step 1 – Draw an oval shape on your paper. Make some flower impressions on the top quarter of the oval shape using the MÅLA stamp pen.
Step 2 – Use coloured pencils in an assortment of colours. I used yellow, shades of green, shades of blue, shades of purple.
Step 3 – Turn the stamped flowers into a floral crown (Midsummer style) and then turn the oval shape into a sleeping head of a woman.
Step 4 – Surround the woman with different wild greens and some butterflies. Stamp more flowers if your composition requires it.

And there you go –
you just made a special “Garden Dreams” drawing!
This is just an example of course, once you’ve stamped those flowers, they can be whatever you want them to be, and wherever your imagination takes them.
So do… believe that you can fill your world with peace and positive vibes just as you can make this Garden Dreams drawing.
